Guys Refund and shipping policies:
 Game
Guy guarantees all products against defects for 60 days
from time of purchase. However, this warranty does not include
damage done to the item by the purchaser. If an item is
found to be defective, the purchaser must first send an
email to stating the problem. The purchaser will be given
shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
No item can be returned without prior authorization and
accompanying "RA # ". Depending on the item and
the nature of the defect, Game Guy will either repair, replace
or refund. Refunds, if necessary, will be made in the form
of site credits, which can be used for future purchases
from Game Guy On-line. If no other purchases will be made,
this credit, in most circumstances, can be converted to
a straight refund in the form of a charge back to the purchaser's
credit card or a money order can be sent if other payment
methods were utilized. Game Guy is committed to customer
satisfaction if you have any problem with a purchase or
anything, please let us know.
 Shipping:
All purchases are shipped via UPS ground unless the customer
specifies other wise.
Shipping charges are based on the weight and cost of item
and the packaging and preparation needed for safe delivery.
The customer will pay additional fees for all shipping upgrades
above UPS Ground service.
Game Guy will ship via US Postal Service, however these
parcels cannot be tracked, like UPS, so we cannot verify
nor guarantee delivery of items shipped in this manner.
